Our Story
Teenagers today are carrying more than ever — academic pressure, social media, uncertainty about the future. Existing mental wellness tools weren't built for them. Flubb was.
Our mission
We're building mental wellness tools that adolescents actually want to use. No clinical jargon, no data harvesting, no pressure to perform or share. Just a quiet, evidence-informed space where teenagers can understand themselves a little better — one day at a time.
The App
No feeds, no likes, no pressure. Just quiet, useful moments — whenever you need them.
A simple moment to start your day. No labels, no pressure — just choose what you need.
Quick breathing exercises to help you reset in the moment. Simple, guided, and ready whenever you need it.
A private space to write things down and clear your mind. Simple prompts to help you think things through — your way.
Small daily habits that build over time. Choose what matters to you — and keep it simple.
What we stand for
Everything about Flubb — from the colour palette to the language we use — is shaped by four core principles.
Deliberately slow, soft, and distraction-free. No streaks that guilt you — just space to breathe.
We will never sell, share, or profile your data. Check-ins belong to the person who made them.
We avoid clinical language because young people are more than a score on a scale. You're a person, not a condition.
Every feature has been tested with real young people. If it doesn't resonate with a 14-year-old, it doesn't ship.

The people behind it
Flubb is built by a team of strategists, designers and developers who specialise in purpose-driven digital products. We've partnered with child psychologists, school counsellors, and multiple teen focus groups to make sure Flubb is grounded in reality, not just good intentions. Every decision is tested against one question: does this genuinely help a young person?
Working Alongside Professionals
We recognise that meaningful emotional support requires expertise, care, and human connection. Flubb's role is to provide structured, everyday tools that help teenagers manage pressure between those moments of professional guidance — so when a student does sit down with a counsellor, they arrive more self-aware, more articulate about what they're feeling, and better equipped to make use of that time.
When structured tools and professional support work together, outcomes for students are stronger, more consistent, and more meaningful.
Collaboration enquiries →Flubb supports students with structured, guided tools between professional appointments — reinforcing emotional awareness and self-regulation practices day to day.
Our goal aligns with yours: to support young people in developing the skills, awareness, and resilience they need to navigate modern pressures in a healthy, sustainable way.
We welcome input from psychologists and counsellors — through advisory roles, joint workshops, school-based initiatives, or ongoing feedback that keeps our development responsible and ethical.
Important: Flubb is not a clinical or therapeutic service. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional care. Where deeper or specialised support is required, we strongly encourage engagement with qualified professionals.
